Claremont Automatics Limited was founded in 1966 with just a handful of gaming machines operated from a small office in Buckinghamshire. Over the decades we have grown to supply over 5500 amusement machines from five offices throughout the South of England and the Midlands .
We have always believed that our customers are not just renting machines from us but are renting a complete service package that starts with the people that we employ.
Claremont Automatics have over 160 employees giving us one of the highest staff to machine ratios in the industry and these people are dedicated to making machine rental as easy for our customers as possible.
Sales/Liaison
Every customer is assigned a member of our sales/liaison team. This is your first point of contact for any queries regarding the amusement machines you have on your site or type of machines you would like to have.They will visit you regularly throughout the year and deal with any questions that may arise about our service to you.
Licensing
We have a department dedicated to the licensing of your machines. This department will guide you through the process of acquiring permits and licences and remind you when renewals are due. On the whole we deal with this process in its entirety requiring little more than a signature from you when required.
Service
We have a dedicated team of mobile service engineers who are on call to fix any problems with your machines.
There is no point in renting a machine if it is not working for a week. Claremont Automatics has an industry renowned downtime of two hours, which means that your amusement machines are operational and earning you money as soon as possible.
Collection
Our team of collectors can visit your site either weekly or fortnightly to empty your amusement machines and provide you with a detailed VAT invoice. As much as possible we try to provide customers with the same collector arriving on the same day of the week so you will know who is coming and when.
Security
Obviously with a cash business you need to know that your money is in safe hands. Our security department does spot checks on all our staff who have access to your machines. We also monitor all collections so we can quickly pick up any discrepancies that arise and deal with them as soon as possible.
